Spirited Business:
Brands for the future

Saturday 12 - Tuesday 15 October 2019
A gathering of purpose-led, conscious business leaders.

Purpose-led companies are run by conscious business leaders making intuitive decisions, often guided by instinct. But what informs these decisions, what drives purpose and how can we, as business leaders, unlock systemic intelligence or what we might call 'spirit', to co-create the future together?
A Spirited Business supports the evolution of human consciousness with a purpose defined by the unified field that connects all life. When business leaders attune to the spirit of their business and work in harmony with it, they inevitably are called to contribute. They develop a sense of planetary purpose, far beyond the limits of shareholder returns. One that adds value and enhances the lives of others.
Spirited Business was a truly transformational experience…connecting with such an incredible group of business professionals…I highly recommend this course for anyone who feels the soul of their business is missing or heavy.
Jen Marsden, ecojournalist.
Being around like minded people in an uplifting, peaceful environment away from the hustle and bustle of normal life and connecting at a deeper level and sharing experiences in a different way to normal was refreshing, informative and enjoyable; opening up new opportunities was also beneficial.
Martin Simpson, Deeside Water.
Spirited Business pioneers see beyond the triple bottom line of people, planet and profit. They understand that they and their business are part of a complex and interconnected web of life  - and they hardwire this awareness into their company’s DNA, operating with a conscious intent and in harmony with the whole. Co-creating the future through co-operation, collaboration and collegial leadership.
This event will be convened by Jarvis Smith and Tabitha James-Kraan, accompanied by expert facilitation from Robin Alfred. Jarvis is the founder of MyGreenPod magazine, the UK's biggest ethical lifestyle publication distributed with the Guardian quarterly and to over six million ethical consumers by email through various brand distribution partners. Tabitha is  Founder & Creative Director, Tabitha James Kraan High Performance Hair Organics.

They exist in big brands, demonstrating that spirited business practices are harmonious with commercial success; and they also work in start-ups, setting out to effect change by engaging with business as a true force for wellbeing on all levels. One thing they all have in common is that they work in vital and vibrant business entities that manifest change in service of a universal spirit and make a difference in the world.
It was powerful, connecting with people at a level I didn’t think possible…the most inspiring time of my life that I can build upon.
