Please join us in a unique Findhorn-based transformational leadership journey. This takes place over a dedicated 8-month period and will clarify and develop your personal leadership impact in a changing world.
Participants will gain:
- An ability to translate core values and competencies into more focused impact
- Creation of a personal leadership practice
- Enhanced capacity to create and facilitate high-performing teams
- Connection to the energetics through which we co-create and manifest
- Confidence and skills to address wicked problems with diverse stakeholders
- Ability to create organisational transformation through shifting mindsets and paradigms

All classes run on Thursdays from 19.00 - 21.00 UK time
The Masterclasses are scheduled as follows:
Sept 24, Oct 22, Nov 19, Dec 17, Jan 21, Feb 18, March 18, April 15.
In addition, there are optional, but highly recommended, check-in sessions in between the Masterclasses as follows:
Oct 8, Nov 5, Dec 3, Jan 7, Feb 4, March 4.

Q1: How many hours per week will I need to commit?
- The level of commitment will be different for each person. It will range from 2-3 hours per week to 8-10 hours per week,
depending on the time you wish to apply learnings to your organisational context.
- We will see each other every three weeks, and there is flexibility in how and when you do the work. You will receive invitations
to look at certain things in between sessions (read materials, have conversations, make experiments, reflect).

- We will do our best to create peer groups in a way that emulates in-person connections so there can be sustained energy and
connection – and so you can support each other in your shared challenges and mutual learning.
